INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC MEETING WILL BE UPDATED NOT LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE MEETING DATE.

Generally speaking, the following shall apply, but will be updated as information becomes available: all 2021 Council meetings will start with a work session at 6:00 pm, with the regular session immediately following, in Council Chambers, 1600 Shore Road, Northfield, New Jersey, 08225.

Availability at Council meetings for in-person attendance by members of the public may be limited based on restrictions (that may be in place on each respective meeting date) that may limit the size of public gatherings. At the time of publication of this notice, face coverings and social distancing will be required for in-person attendance, but this may change.

Once it is known, seating availability for this meeting can be found on this page, and will be posted at least 7 days in advance of each meeting. Once updated, this post will also contain instructions, as applicable, for attendance via video conferencing software or by telephone, as well as any other special requirements for a specific meeting. This information may also be obtained for a specific meeting by contacting the Office of the Municipal Clerk at 609-641-2832, ext 125, or requested via email at mcanesi@cityofnorthfield.org.

Meeting agendas and relevant documents for a specific meeting will be available not less than 48 hours in advance of each meeting, as follows: on the municipal website at www.cityofnorthfield.org, choose the Government tab, City Council page; or by request to the Office of the Municipal Clerk at 609-641-2832, ext 125, or via email to mcanesi@cityofnorthfield.org.

For those wishing to comment during the dedicated public comment portion of a given Council meeting, but who may be unable to attend (in person or via electronic means), public comments may also be submitted in advance via email to mcanesi@cityofnorthfield.org, or by written letter to the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 1600 Shore Road, Northfield NJ 08225, or by hand delivery to the drop box at the municipal building. All such comments must be addressed to the attention of the Municipal Clerk, shall contain the name and address of the author, will be read aloud and addressed during the public meeting, and must be received by 2:00pm on the date of the meeting at which it is desired for said comment to be read.

Formal action may be taken.
