Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the CITY HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT project, located in the City of Northfield, Atlantic County, New Jersey will be received at the Municipal Clerk�s Office, City of Northfield City Hall, 1600 Shore Road, Northfield, NJ until November 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be accepted from any company or firm meeting the contract document provisions.

Renovations to Little League Field
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals are being solicited by the City of Northfield, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, for Renovations for the Little League Major Field at Birch Grove Park. Deadline for submission is Thursday, December 7, 2023 by 10:00 am.

Vendors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. A copy of your NJ Business Registration Certificate shall be included with your Proposal, unless you already have on one file with the City of Northfield.

2024 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Northfield seeks proposals, pursuant to NJSA 19:44A-20.4 and under a FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS for the following professional services for the period of 1/1/2024 through 12/31/2024: Bond Counsel, Municipal Solicitor, Labor Relations Attorney, Municipal Land Surveyor, Municipal Auditor, Risk Management Consultant, Tax Appeal Attorney; and Municipal Engineer. If selected, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq.

Sealed proposals will be accepted up until 12:00pm on Friday, December 15, 2023, in the office of the Municipal Clerk at 1600 Shore Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Thereafter, the Common Council of the City of Northfield shall publicly select the professionals for the City positions listed above, which selection shall be confirmed and/or approved as required by law.
