- How many days prior to my hearing date do I need to have all items submitted to the Planning Board Secretary?
Before a hearing date is confirmed, a complete application (the application, plans, survey, etc.) as well as all fees and escrow need to be submitted to the Planning Board Secretary.
Fees and escrow need to be submitted in two separate checks.
Once an application is deemed complete and a confirmation letter is received by the applicant with a hearing date, advertising in The Press, noticing to residents or businesses within 200 ft. (obtain this list from The Tax Assessor at a cost of $10.00) and full application packets must be received by each Planning Board member, the Planning Board Engineer and the Planning Board Solicitor within 10 days of the hearing date.
An affidavit of service needs to be received by the Secretary at least two days before the hearing.
