This meeting is proposed to be held in-person and as a remote public meeting (live-streamed) using Zoom conferencing service. Any restrictions imposed on in-person attendees that may exist, included but not limited to the need for social distancing and or face coverings, will be published here in the form of an update to this calendar entry no later than 48 hours in advance of the meeting. This information will be made available sooner, if it is known. The number of seats available for in-person attendance, if limited, will be shown on this calendar entry as soon as they are known, with the current seating availability shown on this page. If seating is limited, reservations will be required. To reserve an available seat, contact the Office of the Municipal Clerk at the number provided no later than 2:00pm on the date of the meeting. Once all available seats have been reserved, virtual attendance will be required using a web-browser to Join the Zoom Meeting, or by dialing in by telephone. Zoom link information and telephone dial-in numbers will be made available not less than seven (7) calendar days in advance of the meeting and can be found here in the form of an update to this post. For those who may be unable to attend (in person or via Zoom), but wish to comment during the dedicated public comment portion of the meeting, comments may be submitted in advance via email, or by written letter to the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 1600 Shore Road, Northfield NJ 08225, or by hand delivery to the drop box in the parking lot at the south corner of the municipal building, addressed to the attention of the Municipal Clerk. Comments shall contain the name and address of the author, will be read aloud and addressed during the remote public meeting, and must be received by 2:00pm on the date of the meeting at which the comment is to be read. The meeting agenda and relevant documents can be found on this site, on the Government tab, City Council page, not later than 4:30pm on the Friday prior to this meeting.
